WHAT WE DO

We manufacture a wide range of products in a variety of materials, including:

- Non ferrous, Stainless and High Tensile steels, with typical sizes from 2.5mm to 16mmn diameter and up to 152mm in length, and finished in a diverse range of treatments and coatings. We also do Whit Worth, BSF, UNF, UNC and BA Thread forms.

- We manufacture using standard single die & multi die technology allowing us to produce complex components at a fraction of the cost of bar turned parts.

- We specialize in the manufacture of customer specials to customer drawings and are willing to tackle any kind of cold formed product.

- We are committed to Total Quality Management and as part of our standard procedures we can offer documentation ranging from standard certificate of conformity to a full PPAP level 3 package. IMDS Registered.

- ISO 9001 (2015 certification) approved for the manufacture of Bolts, Screws, Rivets & cold forgings.
